Although placed in a new position, I set up the A & P plan for Bally, which was then revamping its image with a global marketing campaign.

Guided our franchisees and distributors to adopt new brand advertisements, corporate design/ packaging and visual merchandising

Selected to be trained in Schonenwerd, Switzerland to guide new window displays in all Bally shops. Responsible for all seasonal and festive window displays. The display I set up was noted as best window display in the region by visiting principals during Christmas.

Organised a successful Bally exhibition of 8 decades of Bally posters.

Project|Eaton Hotels International (HK)

In charge of the advertising, publicity and promotions of a 392-flagship hotel, its shopping plaza and three serviced apartments owned by the Great Eagle Group in Hong Kong.
Established a successful VIP and Frequent Guest Programme to foster brand loyalty from Eaton's local clientele. Set up the Art Department, which utilised desktop publishing and directed the production of all promotional literature from layout, design, and copywriting to final print and distribution. Launched high tea fashion shows in Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Managed the corporate communications for 2 projects in Hanoi, Vietnam: "The Lien" Westlake Resort and Tradewinds Centre, an office complex. Assisted the chairman in corporate and business communications. Prepared press releases and speeches. Planned and executed its contract signing and groundbreaking ceremonies for 2 projects in Vietnam.
Achieved publicity in all major newspapers in Singapore, Vietnam and South Asia
